1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Task Tracker application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Task Tracker is a web-based application that provides:

  • Task and project management
  • SEO tracking and optimization tools
  • Integration with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Team collaboration features

3. User Accounts

  • You may create an account using username/password or Google sign-in
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account:

  • You grant us read-only access to your Google Search Console and Analytics data
  • We will only access data you explicitly authorize
  • You can revoke access at any time
  • We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

6. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you input into the system
  • You can export your data at any time
  • We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions

8. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
