• Account Information: Email address, name (when you sign in with Google)
• Usage Data: Tasks created, SEO activities, work history
• Google Integration: With your permission, we access:
  • Google Search Console data (rankings, clicks, impressions)
  • Google Analytics data (traffic, conversions)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide task management and SEO tracking services
• Fetch and display Google Search Console and Analytics data
• Generate reports and insights for your accounts
• Improve our services

3. Google API Services

This application uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and API access:

• We request read-only access to your Google Search Console and Analytics
• Your Google credentials are never stored - only secure OAuth tokens
• You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account settings
• We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy

4. Data Storage & Security

• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet encryption
• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Data is stored on secure servers
• Access is restricted by user roles and permissions

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your Google data outside this application
• Use your data for advertising

We only use your Google data to display it back to you in our interface.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Google API access (disconnect your Google account)
• Export your data

7. Google OAuth Scopes

We request the following Google API scopes:

• userinfo.email - Your email address
• userinfo.profile - Your name and profile picture
• webmasters.readonly - Read-only access to Search Console data
• analytics.readonly - Read-only access to Analytics data

All scopes are read-only - we cannot modify your Google data.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Maintain OAuth state during authentication
